This is the very first time I've ever written a poor public review, but I am just so appalled at the attitude and customer DISservice at this post office. The lady with the long dark hair and bangs had the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered at a front desk. I came to pick up a package today and I was the only person in the waiting area. She went off on me about having 3,000 customers and me not having a slip. I have tracking information in my hand stating that a delivery was attempted and my package was too large for the mailbox, along with my driver's license/address. She turned around to retrieve my package, mumbling on to whoever else was back there about people showing up for packages that weren't delivered yet. MY TRACKING INFORMATION IN MY HAND said it was attempted. I shouldn't have felt the need to apologize for the "inconvenience," being that my package was right behind her the whole time she was going off. This place seriously needs to replace their staff with people who can appreciate having a job and can work pleasantly in customer service.
They're awesome. Wish they could mail my package in the front door

I'd have to say I agree with Mona Marie, I've had the exact same experience with the same woman on multiple occasions. Makes it so unpleasant and uncomfortable going to get my packages. I'm sure there's plenty of people in the area willing to have her position and do it with a smile!
Not sure what the other person's problem is with staff at this Post Office. I have always been greeted with a smile by very helpful staff and would not go anywhere else! I have on occasion witnessed them being harassed by customers who are extremely rude and obnoxious. This is not acceptable behavior and I believe the people that wright negative comments are the ones that go into the Post Office and give the employees a hard time.
