These guys are awesome!! Picked me up, processed me thru and got me on the road. I have always had great experiences with them.
Had an insurance claim while we were on vacation, very stressful - Robin at Pocono Summit Enterprise took great care of us. She noticed that our claim had gotten lost in the system at our home area, and helped us fix that, then found us a rental within the budget of our insurer, a nice Jeep that was perfect for our needs that week and enjoyable to drive. When our repairs were done, we could leave the keys and car at the repair shop - streamlined the process of return, and made it so I could come over from NJ to get the car on my own. I don't recommend a major car repair on vacation...but if you have to have one, these folks are great. I'm sure they would be great for more simple rental situations as well. Highly recommend.
Went to Enterprise to rent a car after some car troubles, I was told I could not rent because I could not present a utility in my name, went to Hertz and got it done no problem.
Don't expect them to work with you if you're on vacation and forgot your electric bill.
Enterprise worked with me andpicked me up and had the vehicle I needed to use for a comfortable and a safe trip. Robin working the busy Pocono Summit location did an exceptional job with my reservation. She is always smiling away no matter how busy she was.I plan on using that location more.
I have been using this branch for over a year and I recently had a bad experience with a usually always happy Robin. But I have to apologize to her because she was extremely busy and overwhelmed and I wasn't too understanding that day. Also Matt is another amazing staff member he made sure that I was taken care of and put me into a very nice vehicle. But Matt and Robin are the BEST!!!! With exception of Matt & Robin I went back today 7/217 because AGAIN there was some miscommunication, so I was looking to speak with Matt. Robin was there but was very busy with paperwork so she directed me to the Asst Manager Jen I think her name was. I told Jen what Mat and I spoke about and just wanted to confirm. This Jen person was very abrasive and very harsh. She told me that if I did not pay tomorrow she was going to report the car stolen. I told her that I was told I can pay next week and came in to confirm. She said again either return the car or it gets reported stolen. SMH. Meanwhile I've been renting with this same branch for a year and keeping the cars weeks at a time. I feel violated and don't think I'll be using them especially after this.
