BED BUG CITY, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
We all got bitten from head to toe, They admitted it was an issue with the same rehearsed reply and still never got back to us. We also had an incident with a power triped lifeguard that displayed the most disfunctional staff and management. When spoken to a senior manager Don Pleau that had no clue, I was insulted till he got his story straight. I have Don Pleau and staff recorded and will post on all social media if not refunded for this trip from Hell. Few people witnessed the incident and left me a phone number if it was ever needed.
Tons of waterslides for all ages, restaurant i the waterpark swim-in bar and outdoor hot tub that links indoors also. Will defianetly go again.
The water park is huge but misses out on the thrilling tubes the other parks have, more geared towards 5 and under. Very strong chlorine odor made me worry for our health, perhaps that's the reason for the dizzy staff.
Had a great time here with friends and our kids. The rooms were really nice and the water park is amazing. The only thing that wasn't great was the food but you're not really going here for that.
Great place for a fun family get away.
